"Combat bacteria and viruses the right way"



Mushrooms may boost up your immune system and help you combat colds and even the flu. 
Although results from research may be controversial they have shown that chemicals in certain mushrooms may  increase your resistance to fungi parasites and viruses.   

This would include protective measures against the common cold and the flu. 

Consuming mushrooms everyday may even be as effective as the "man made" drugs used to rid these sicknesses from you. 

The Shiitake and Maitake mushrooms are especially pinpointed for these protective characteristics, where the button and portobello are not.

Do not be misled, all mushrooms are not the same and some could be extremely toxic leading to death.  However, getting your mushrooms from the grocery store eliminate this issue. 

So rid your body of certain illnesses the right way. Get your daily dose of Shiitake and Maitake mushrooms.
