Enjoy your chocolate the right way


Are you a chocolate lover? Fortunately, chocolate has been shown to be good for you.

Any chocolate over 70% coco is what you should look for.  The higher the % coco the more protective benefits you will get. Try to avoid milk chocolate.

One fifth of a bar of dark chocolate has been shown to have the most positive effects and a reasonable amount of calories.

Try having a few squares of dark chocolate at the end of a meal in place of desert.
Melt the chocolate in a double boiler and drizzle over fresh fruits.

So relax, enjoy yourself, "eat dark chocolate the right way".
