Relieving symptoms of heart burn the right way

Heart burn can be a painful annoying experience that could keep you up all night.  Here are a few tips to relieve your pain.

Consume foods such as:
Yogurt
Ginger
Artichokes
Oat bran
Brown rice
Whole wheat breads
Chamomile tea
Barley
To aid digestion and keep your food and stomach acids from entering up into your esophagus, which can cause a burning sensation.

Try to avoid:
Large meals
Fast eating
reclining after eating
drinking lots of fluids with meals

and for severe cases you may want to limit:
Tomato sauce
Sodas
Orange juice
Citrus fruits
any acidic foods
