Saute the right way

Sauteing your vegetables in oil may leave you with vegetables that are no longer low calorie and fat free.

If this seems counterproductive to you consider substituting your oil with small amounts of broth to reduce the calories and grams of fat in your vegetables.

For a lower calorie high nutritional value vegetables replace oil with broth to "saute the right way".
