Eat a variety of foods the right way


Eating a lot of different foods could give you the most positive nutritional benefits.  You will get all of the nutrients you need and enjoy mealtimes more.

Not only this but some foods have small amount of toxins that your body will not notice unless you eat a lot of these foods often.

So wait a few days before repeating a food to reduce the chances of any danger to your body, and "eat a variety of foods the right way".
