Food for thought

Moderation led by strong self-control is the key to a healthy balanced diet.

Who wants to totally give up delicious treats like cakes and chips?
Not me!
Yes, these treats are filled with fats, sugars and salt, but depriving yourself of these foods may actually lead to binge eating.

The trend of "binge eating and depriving" encourages unhealthy and large weight changes.  These changes will put a strain on your whole body including your heart and back.  It will also lead to variations in blood pressure.

So indulge in treats with moderation, keep your body healthy and happy, and "eat the right way".
