Eggs the right way

Did you know that eggs have different nutritional values?
Well they do, some eggs could be a healthier choice then others.

A hens egg is only as nutritious as the feed the hen has been given to eat.
Some farmers feed their hens special flaxseed diets leading to eggs with 10 times the amount of omega-3 fatty acids then regular eggs.  Omega-3 fatty acids are one of the healthiest fats, and should make up around 10% of your diet.

So the next time you are in the egg cooler and choosing a case of eggs for yourself look for "modified fat" or omega-3 enriched" eggs, and "eat your eggs the right way."
